It is recommended to place it in an area with a humidity level of at least 50%. The machine’s display shows the humidity level in the room.

What if the water machine cannot keep up with demand?
The machine is equipped with a supplementary function to connect to external water sources, allowing it to function as a water filter to adapt to all usage scenarios.

If the machine has a problem, how long will the service team take to respond?
For locations in Bangkok, service is available within 1-2 days, depending on the distance. Spare parts are available in Thailand, so no lengthy wait is required.

It can produce from 15 liters up to 1000 liters per day, depending on the humidity level, such as at 80% humidity.

Does the system help reduce humidity in the air?

What happens if a large volume of water is drawn at once?
The system will automatically refill water when the water level in the drinking tank decreases and will stop production when the tank is full.

How does performance decrease in an older machine?
Performance decreases by about 1-2% per year, but with good maintenance, the performance can remain stable.

Can the water be produced and stored in an external tank?
Yes, you can connect a hose to store water in an external reserve tank.

Does a power surge or drop affect the machine’s operation?

If it is slightly overdue, it can still function, but if too long, the filters may become clogged, leading to operational issues. The recommended schedules are: Pre-carbon should be changed every 6 months, Post-carbon every 12 months, TCR carbon every 12 months, and RO every 24 months, resulting in filter changes every 6 months.

What type of main filter is in the air-to-water system?
The main filter in the system is an RO filter with a size of 0.0001 microns, capable of comprehensively filtering impurities, making it the cleanest in all water filtration systems.

Does the RO water from the air-to-water system mean it has no minerals?
In the air-to-water system, the final filter is not RO like typical water filters but uses a TCR carbon filter that improves water quality, adjusts the pH to a mild alkaline level, and adds suitable minerals. Thus, RO water is clean and contains appropriate minerals.

Does the RO system require waste water disposal?
The RO system of GET WATER does not require waste water disposal like other conventional RO systems, as this system continuously recycles excess water back into the filtration process.

How should the machine be maintained?

• Clean dust around the machine with a clean cloth
• Clean the air filter by blowing or vacuuming dust (15-liter model) weekly to facilitate air flow into the machine (30-liter model can be washed with water)
• Clean the raw water tank at the bottom if used for more than 4 months, as per the manual
• Replace water filters according to recommended intervals: Pre-carbon filter every 6 months, Post-carbon filter every 12 months, TCR carbon filter every 12 months, RO filter every 24 months

What does the 1-year warranty cover? The warranty covers all parts in the machine, including repair or replacement if problems occur from normal use.
